Returns Policy
Habyt offers a money back guarantee on all unused and unopened product returned within 14 days of the date of invoice (the “Guarantee Period”).
This return policy shall be applicable solely to Habyt Smile Ltd products purchased directly from Habyt smile Ltd by a consumer, and in no way shall apply to any products received by a consumer through any commercial or 3rd party online retailer.
Prior to returning product, a valid Return Authorisation Number (“R.A. #”) must be obtained within the Guarantee Period by contacting the Habyt Smile Ltd Customer Support Team at support@habytsmile.com).
Unfortunately, no return will be accepted without first obtaining a Return Authorisation Number. After obtaining a Return Authorisation Number from the Customer Service Desk, the product must be returned, with the Return Authorisation Number clearly marked on the outside of the box containing the product, to:

Habyt smile Ltd will not accept any product that is damaged or used and no refund will be made for the costs of the initial shipping of the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Habyt smile Ltd products which are marked as being included in a “Sale” or “Sale items” or similarly described, or Items on subscriptions, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
