Refund policy

Habyt offers a money-back guarantee on all unused and unopened products returned within 14 days from the date of invoice (the “Guarantee Period”).

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Habyt by consumers and does not cover items obtained through commercial or third-party online retailers.

Habyt will not accept any products that are damaged or used, and the initial shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.

Please note that products marked as “Sale” or “Sale items,” as well as subscription items, are not eligible for refunds.

In order to make a return, please email our customer service team at hello@habytsmile.com with your order number, details of the products you would like to return, and our team will advise on next steps. 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. This email will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued within 31 days. We may need to contact you further to arrange the refund.
