Our Shipping fees are as follows:

Standard shipping 2-3 days - £2.95

Free On All Orders Over £40

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from the UK
  • Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery
  • Tracking emails will be sent to allow you to view your order's progress
  • Our prices include VAT, duties & taxes
  • Delivery is Monday to Saturday, no deliveries take place on Bank Holidays
  • Note: Saturday Delivery is only available in England and Wales

How long will my order take to arrive?

We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. However, during sale periods or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri and can take up to 4 working days to arrive from the order or subscription date, excluding the day the order was placed. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the season. While we aim to ship all products within 3 working days, delays can occur that are beyond our control due to our reliance on third-party carriers.

How Can I track my order?

Tracking numbers for orders can be found on the confirmation of shipping email that is sent out for new orders and subscription renewals.

My order has not arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days from the date you placed it, please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@habytsmile.com so we can investigate it.

We will work to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible, but please note that we must adhere to the courier's guidelines for handling lost or undelivered parcels.

If an order is returned to us by the courier after an unsuccessful delivery, a second delivery fee may be required to resend the item. To minimize the risk of this happening, please ensure that all details provided with your order are accurate and up to date, and include a phone number and email address for the courier to contact you if necessary.
