How long does one bundle last?

Three tubes of toothpaste, used twice daily at the recommended amount, last approximately 3 months. The bamboo toothbrush is designed to be replaced every 3 months. The floss lasts between 1–3 months depending on use. One bundle — one quarter.

Does hydroxyapatite whitening actually work?

Yes — it just works differently. Peroxide whitening bleaches the tooth surface, which is why results can be dramatic but also why sensitivity occurs. Hydroxyapatite remineralises the enamel layer, which makes teeth appear whiter by improving their density and clarity. The process is more gradual but the results are longer-lasting and don't come with the sensitivity associated with bleaching. It's also the approach recommended by an increasing number of dental practitioners, including Dr. Nida Khan who formulated habyt.

Will it help with sensitive teeth?

habyt does not cause the sensitivity associated with peroxide-based whitening. Many customers with pre-existing sensitivity report a reduction in sensitivity over time, as the hydroxyapatite fills micro-cracks in the enamel layer. We don't make absolute claims — some people have sensitivity from causes unrelated to their toothpaste — but habyt is specifically formulated to be gentle, and that's one of the reasons Dr. Nida created it.

What makes this different from supermarket toothpaste?
