I’m Dr. Nida Khan (BDS, MSC), a cosmetic and restorative dentist with over 11 years of experience. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how simple, consistent habits can make a real difference in oral health—and how the right products can empower that change.

I created Habyt with a clear mission: to make oral care effective, affordable, and environmentally conscious. Most oral health issues are preventable with the right support at home. Yet, too many products are either filled with unnecessary ingredients, overly complicated, or harmful to the planet.
